From one church congregation in 1983 to 20,215 in Nigeria and 1,962 churches across other nations of the earth by 2023.
From no typewriter in 1981 to operating an industrial printing press, where Christian literatures, including Bibles, are being rolled out in millions on a regular basis.
From four staff in Nigeria in 1983 to over twenty-six thousand (26,000) staff today in Nigeria alone and over Ten thousand across the nations of the earth.
With no single building of our own in 1988 today, we have massive church buildings and educational facilities, not only in Nigeria but also across many nations of the world.
The Lagos church grew from over about four thousand (4,000) to over fifty thousand (50,000) over five years — between 1994 and 1999.
The church has experienced geometric growth since the Wonder Double visitation began in 2015. The Lagos church doubled twice within six months — between May and October 2015.
By 2019, we had 5,082 new churches planted within one year. Making the number of churches double what we had since inception.
Furthermore, in 2020, the number of churches planted doubled again as we saw 10,404 new churches planted within one year, despite the COVID-19 global lockdown across the nations. Across 35 other nations of the world, 1,300 new churches were planted.
God ushered us into 2021 with a mandate to double the number of home cells in our churches. One particular church in Nigeria had over 200% growth, while 10 States of Nigeria experienced over 100% growth in the number of cells. At the Headquarters in Canaanland, a total of 21,000 new Home Cells were planted in one year.
In 2022, our mission gain triumphant entry into 83 nations.
Within less than 20 years of existence, Covenant University is now listed among the elite universities in the world while at the same time taking the lead in some research areas, as reported by a reputable world university ranking platform.
Also, within ten years of existence, Landmark University is one of the leading universities in Nigeria today.
